Guilds International has approved the Memon Industrial
& Technical Institute (MITI) as a City &
Guilds International Center.
The City & Guilds International,
which is incorporated by Royal Charter, 1878, has
as its President, HRH Prince Duke of Edinburgh.

) is globally recognized with a presence in
more than 100 countries and offers over 300 technical
and professional courses. As such, the status of
the MITI has been elevated to international standards.

Markatiya was launched at a ceremony held at the
Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi on 15 October
2010. Dr. Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui, Vice Chancellor,
University of Karachi was the Chief Guest.
